New Life Counseling, a private practice counseling agency in Dover, is seeking to add independently licensed clinicians to our team.

*Requirements:*
* The prospective candidate for this position must have a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field
* Must be independently licensed with the State of Ohio as an LPCC, LISW, LMFT or already have their LPC, LSW, or MFT and be independently license eligible
* Must have a minimum of at least two years of experience in providing counseling services in a clinical setting (this can include internship experience).
* The clinician would be expected to work in our Dover location and through telehealth with individuals and families to promote optimum mental and emotional health and wellbeing by helping them deal with a variety of issues.
* Have experience with a variety of treatment modalities including CBT
* The clinician must be comfortable with incorporating faith-based Christian principles into their counseling sessions _as needed _for those individuals wanting that
*Primary Responsibilities*
* Provide counseling services for adults, adolescents, and children.
* Provide diagnostic assessment, formulate diagnoses, and communicate individual treatment plans in conjunction with the client and other individuals as indicated and complete treatment plan updates as evidenced through clinical chart review
* Assist clients in mobilizing their resources so they can participate in the exploration of a problem and its ramifications.
* Participate in case reviews
* Dedicated to providing very high-quality therapeutic services
Our office provides a variety of support which includes referrals, employer-paid taxes, direct deposit, billing, and administrative support, electronic medical records (write notes from home!), clinical consultation, and nicely appointed offices.
