We are seeking a skilled and experienced Controller to join our team.
As the Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive financial success.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development
\*\*Qualifications:\*\*
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
- 1+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles
- Strong understanding of financial reporting requirements
- Experience with advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
