Looking for host sites to setup a satellite antenna for new project (northeast ohio)

I'm looking for host sites to deploy an antenna that will monitor satellites for global positioning as well as space weather.
I have the equipment and will handle install.
The project pays me in crypto currency based on the quality of data provided.
I can split some of this currency with you (to your wallet), or I can pay cash/barter.
This project requires a wide open view of the sky and looking for long-term hosts.
If you have the perfect setup, in a new hex without any blue dots (see 2nd picture), I can pay up to $50/month.
The antenna is small and round and about 6" wide and needs to be just above the roof or nearby obstacles.
It uses 2watts of electricity and requires a consistent connection to internet using wifi.
