, is seeking a motivated commercial truck sales professional capable of growing market share by developing successful, long-term relationships with both prospective accounts and our established, loyal customer base.
This territory has incredible growth potential due to the influx of businesses serving the oil and gas industry.
We pride ourselves on being a "one stop shop" for customers' truck and trailer needs; therefore, our sales consultants must also be able to provide customers with information regarding the total dealership package, including parts, service, body shop, extended warranty, finance, leasing and rental.
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous B2B sales experience required, preferably in the truck, heavy equipment, automotive or related fields.
Familiarity with Stark County and surrounding areas preferred an existing transportation industry contact list is a definite plus.
Ability to uncover customer needs in a consultative manner and match those needs with the appropriate features and benefits of a particular product.
Ability to close sales with all levels of customers from fleet executives to single owner-operators.
Some college education preferred.
Mechanical aptitude is a definite plus.
Strong attention to detail, especially regarding time management and organization.
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office and email.
Experience managing leads and opportunities within a customer database or CRM system (ACT, Goldmine, Salesforce, etc.
).
