Child Watch Attendant

IN SEARCH OF: Child Watch Attendant RATE OF PAY: $10.
75/HR HOURS/SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 8:30-10:30am Monday - Thursday 5:30-7:30pm Child Watch attendant is expected to assist with family events, which includes weekends as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent people skills with a focus on youth development Current CPR and First Aid preferred but will train.
Ability to relate to diverse groups of people from all social and economic backgrounds RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Seeking highly energetic candidates with a focus on relationship building and meeting the needs of members by utilizing our Child Watch program.
Provides careful, attentive supervision of youth in Child Watch, sports & youth lobby Care: Interacts with children & families, plan activities, follow procedures and discipline guidelines Inform parents of Child Watch procedures and rules in the program Other duties as assigned by the Membership Director BENEFITS Free YMCA membership for part-time employees and may upgrade to include immediate family Reduced rates on youth programs, child care and camp programs Flexible scheduling good for a student, caregiver or parent looking for part-time work Work with a friendly, family-oriented team to make a difference in the Minerva community
